Excellent product packaging! The item arrived safely and securely packaged. The remote control and collar were not charged upon arrival. They came with the included charger so I charged them overnight. Figuring out how to connect the remote to the collar was easy. Directions and charts were clear and helpful. So far I've only used the "Beep" feature on the collar which has kept my dog's incessant barking at bay. I like that the collar has an audible signal, vibration and a stun gun. I also like that the shock levels range from 1 to 15. Based on my dog's reaction to the beep, I don't expect to need to use the shock option. So far, so good. For the price, I'm definitely thrilled!
