This is a one piece Crown Race Setter that depends on how you hit your Crown Race with a metal tube. Your bike, your life, your decision if it's a good idea. In my case, I'm stuck to buy the best tool that will allow you to apply enough force and not gouge out the crown ring (and if you screw up the setup, it will be difficult to remove). I've tried enough assembly options, from a direct hit as instructed to a hammer on the edges of this tube, to be sure it will work to a tight enough tolerance. Why would you risk it on the front of your bike?
