We love how easy it was to implement this tool for our students! It has given us so much freedom in creating content specific lessons at any time of day or night with no limitations as we are able complete them online from anywhere within Australia (as long they have internet access). The lack luster customer service when there's issues can be frustrating but I would recommend getting some support if you need help solving problems right away after purchase which makes all those minor hiccups not such big deal anymore!! Great product overall however sometimes their sales team may seem pushy/pushiness could make people annoyed especially since many businesses today want "no questions asked" money back guarantee - therefore more likely than before customers who expect 100% satisfaction will leave quickly once disappointed due high expectation levels set by themselves beforehand hence reducing revenue flow into your business model.
