The leather is a bit stiff but hopefully it will soften up. Some of the letters were a little bent on the inside which meant it was a pain trying to get them on, but success in the end. Happy overall.Note: although they say you can get 6 letters and an icon, you'll see that even some 4 letter names take up almost the entire bar, so plan accordingly! :)Update 2/21- well they've only been wearing them about 6 weeks and 4 out of 4 are all ripped to shreds and look terrible. One of the nameplate screws fell out on one cat so he lost all his letters. Really disappointed.
