Great resource especially during COVID-19

I love how easy it was to set up my account for answering questions via email or text messaging! It's super helpful when you're not around in person and need an offsite option available at any time of day (or night). The service can be slow depending upon where you are located but overall we like our experience with them so far since they launched their new platform last year. We have been able to help many people who were asking general office related inquiries such as "What should i do?" etc by having someone from this program respond directly back instead of going through another department within corporate first which could take longer than necessary if there isn't anyone else free/available right now. This has helped significantly reduce phone tag issues because once answered one question most often leads into other follow ups needed until all information required about whatever issue may arise had already come out - saving us valuable work hours spent trying resolve these types problems before reaching decision makers.

  • Allows me access anytime while working remotely, even during evenings & weekends without needing approval beforehand unlike calling customer support lines that require scheduling ahead of time just prior business hrs only
