The first product we tried and it has been a game changer for us!!

The ease of use, the ability to customize it to our needs, the fact that we can have multiple people using it in different locations and still be able to communicate with each other. We are able to keep track of all the data through the software and easily access it from anywhere. There isn't much I dislike about this product. It has been very easy for us to get used to and everyone loves it! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants an easy way to organize their data and…

Great resource especially during COVID-19

I love how easy it was to set up my account for answering questions via email or text messaging! It's super helpful when you're not around in person and need an offsite option available at any time of day (or night). The service can be slow depending upon where you are located but overall we like our experience with them so far since they launched their new platform last year. We have been able to help many people who were asking general office related inquiries such as "What should i do?" etc…

  • Allows me access anytime while working remotely, even during evenings & weekends without needing approval beforehand unlike calling customer support lines that require scheduling ahead of time just prior business hrs only
