The ease of use, the ability to customize it to our needs, the fact that we can have multiple people using it in different locations and still be able to communicate with each other. We are able to keep track of all the data through the software and easily access it from anywhere. There isn't much I dislike about this product. It has been very easy for us to get used to and everyone loves it! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants an easy way to organize their data and communication with their staff. This has helped us save time by being able to send out information quickly and efficiently without having to spend hours searching for information.
