Review on Semlos Cooking Refillable Culinary Included by Jasmine Davis

Update: After reading my review, Semlos customer service (Judy) contacted me directly and offered to replace the item for free. Received a replacement within a few days and verified that I am satisfied with the product. It was the best customer service experience of my life. Remember I didn't initiate the backup call, it was all semlos. Haven't tried a replacement yet but I will buy from Semlos again and rely on their customer service. On first use I noticed sudden bursts of flame. The burner didn't even empty itself after the first filling and now the flame detector on the side doesn't work. It gets stuck on the low setting. I do not recommend the product.
