Review on 55" TV Hisense 55U7HQ LED, HDR, Quantum Dot, ULED, black by Agata Buczkowska  (B ᠌

I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

The TV was purchased on 232022. 2022 in thosil. after 3 weeks of operation, the TV began to randomly disconnect from the Internet connection (regardless of how it was connected via Wi-Fi or wire). it was impossible to see anything. 20 minutes of a video or movie and everything was cut off, I had to change the connection type and reboot the TV. Clearing cache and cookies, resetting to factory settings did not solve anything. I contacted the ISP, who tested everything and said that the Internet connection is in order. I had to contact the service center, they sent him to the support of Hisense. Support 2 times accepted the application and did nothing. you call again and they answered “oh, they probably didn’t make it right, let’s do it again” on the third attempt, they finally made an application, the master contacted after 3 days. As a result, after weeks of malfunction, by the time the master arrived, the problem disappeared by itself. But the master still came allegedly for diagnostics, reset the settings to factory settings and asked for 2500. The operator called to refuse payment and began to threaten that they would blacklist me and remove the TV from the guarantee. something like that. better not to get involved. Now everything has worked, but for how long it is not clear. I got into the Internet, it turned out that this is Hisense's disease (I mean the Internet connection), there are even videos on YouTube, how people are trying to solve the problem themselves). I decided if such a problem appears again, then to an independent expert and to the court, while the guarantee on the check is in effect. In general, this incident upset me very much, the desire to contact technopower and highsens was gone.

Pros
  • Overall picture and sound are great.
Cons
  • service and software
