I bought this hat for my adult daughter in February 2020. She doesn't wear a hat, and since we live in Texas, she's worn it about twice in the last year. After a freezing cold weather in Texas last week, she unpacked her hat, put it on and went outside to shovel the snow. She didn't realize that the hat had already started to unravel. When she went to put it on today, she noticed that the top had completely unraveled. It looks like the part of the yawn that held her down the middle has come loose and the hat has split at the top. This is unacceptable as this hat has never been washed as it has hardly been worn. This company prides itself on manufacturing quality hats. I apologize for the poor quality, it fell apart after 3 wears. I want a replacement or refund.
