The keyboard could not be made to stay on for pairing. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped resolve the issue by following these steps! Keyboard works great now! 1. Insert 2 AAA batteries and turn on the keyboard. The light will turn on for 2-3 seconds and then turn off.2. Press "FN" and "C" at the same time, and the indicator will flash again. It means this keyboard is waiting to be paired with your device.3. Search for Bluetooth on your device and search for "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard” on your device and tap on it. Bluetooth connected successfully. Would have given 5 stars but I don't remember the instructions I received explaining the steps above.
