Ignore all the lame bad reviews. There are no instructions, it broke in a heavy storm, what size mast is suitable etc. Plug it into an SDR receiver and scan the RF spectrum and you will be amazed at how well it works! One of the hidden gems of radio receivers for receiving antenna. Surprisingly broadband. If you're looking for a TX antenna I see no reason why it shouldn't work on UHF and VHF, but transmission isn't what the Disco Cone was designed for. I really have a problem when people have unrealistic expectations of a product and write bad reviews when they aren't met. Their lack of knowledge doesn't make it a bad product. I would give 6 stars if I could!
