The account manager was very attentive during our onboarding process, answering all my questions in detail before I could even think about them! They also have an excellent support team who is always ready with answers or suggestions for future enhancements - they take care of us as if we were their own customers!! Nothing so far that has been particularly bad, but there's nothing really great either at this point (except for how good everything else seems). We had some issues getting set up initially due to our lack of technical knowledge / experience; however once those got sorted out things went smoothly after that. Support for both Microsoft Office 365 as well Enterprise customers with very high support SLA's (Service Level Agreements). Very good management tool which is easy enough that even non-technical users can use without problems or concerns about security issues etc.. I would like there was more flexibility in terms what type/size servers we could manage via this platform - but all things considered its been excellent so far!
