Review on VAlinks by Kyle Deel

As a seasoned pro when it comes to buying online, I was very let down by VAlinks. Their website is simple to use, but the goods they offer aren't very impressive. Their collection of musical instruments is inferior to that of competing online stores, and the toys and games they sell are limited and unremarkable. They have a small variety of products, and their prices are higher than the market average. Their lackluster support for customers is only making things worse. I made an effort to contact their support staff with a question about a product, but I received only unsatisfactory responses. Their support staff obviously wasn't prepared to deal with client concerns or questions. In sum, shopping at VAlinks was a frustrating experience for me. Their small inventory and unhelpful staff left me dissatisfied and irritated. Since there are many other online retailers offering a wider variety of products and more helpful staff, I cannot suggest this one.
