Something I should have owned a long time ago

My buddy Nick asked me if I liked it. Here is my answer. The water tastes exceptional and I am disappointed that I did not purchase the system many years ago. I like the compact design so it easily fits under the sink. The lack of a tank is a big plus as I know the water is always fresh. The system performs decently, filling my coffee pot about 25% faster than my fridge filter. I am happy with the purchase and am planning to purchase another unit for my second home. There are a few CONS I should mention: 1) The installation instructions are imprecise as they don't inform the user about the three incorrectly installed pre-filters. . These filters are still packaged in plastic but are installed into systems as if they were ready to use. The instructions do not include steps to disassemble the filters, remove the slides, and reinstall. So I had to find it troublesome, having previously filled the system with water and found it didn't work. So I had to turn off the water in the house to relieve the pressure and fix the problem. 2) The system has a noticeable delay before the pump starts. So when you want to fill a glass, it takes about 15 seconds of water flowing slowly before the pump starts to work. in. I'm used to it, but I still think it's an engineering design issue. 3) There are no monitors in the system to measure water quality and warn when attention is needed. If it's an optional addition to the product, I'd love to see it.
