I received my compression sleeve about 4 days ago and I really like this product. The only issue I had was the hand portion of the sleeve was baggy. I was going to order a small but the product information said to go up a size if you are above the measurement. I have exactly a 6 inch wrist which is tall in a size small. So I took the middle one. However, it's too big. I like the sleeve and I need it so I wear it anyway. The customer service with the copper connection is wonderful! They contacted me before I even thought to ask about my satisfaction with the product. I explained my feelings and they quickly fixed the problem by sending me the correct size.
