Great except .

The Fiskars flat non-scratch kitchen scissors are amazing but a bit tricky to use. I'll use them for a few things, but not as often as I was hoping. Those with stronger, more flexible hands will likely find these scissors to be a great help in the kitchen. I use my regular kitchen scissors for many, many tasks and love them and these Fiskars flat scissors are used less often but I think they are worth having for special occasions.
