Some pros: Indeed, it creates the impression of a solid instrument. Enough power for non-professional use. Comfortable grip. Good cord. Cons: Looks like a flimsy plastic cartridge. I don’t know if it will be enough for a long time and whether it will unwind in longer work under load.
