Revainrating 4 out of 5

A successful purchase while sailing

In order to switch to a new training regime, I decided to try aqua aerobics. I was first introduced to this form of exercise a few years ago when I joined a gym that offered it. And I liked it straight away. I do NOT jog, floor aerobics, or any type of workout that involves jumping and pressing. First, I have problems with my neck and back, so all those hard hits and jumps irritate that part of my body. Second, I don't like the fact that most types of training wear out the joints. Third, well, let's say the Lord blessed me with a character that can't handle all those jumps. Aqua aerobics solves ALL KINDS of problems for me. I don't strain my spine. I don't hurt my joints. i don't jump The photos show how it was packaged. The company box was in a Revain box. A few days ago I tried the details. Well, no belt for now, just kettlebells and gloves. Can I just say "wow" to the scale? Serious. They were easy to put together (check out my video for which I apologize in advance as it's a little shaky as I was trying to put weights together DURING the shoot and it wasn't easy. I think you get the idea from it though how simple these things are), but that made me think that nothing good was going to come of it. Usually it is like this. You get things to collect and the product is useless or short-lived. To be fair I've ONLY used kettlebells but so far so good. You were amazing. I bought some pool training books and one of them called for surfboards. Didn't think of ordering them but these weights worked just like they were paddle boards. When you learn to swim, hold on to the board while you learn to pedal. So I held the kettlebells out in front of me (arms straight, elbows not bent) like they were a plank and started kicking. And they worked ONLY as a board member! It was very cool and a great workout. They also work well for their intended purpose: as weights. I tried using them and gloves but it didn't work so I ditched the gloves and just used weights for arm curls and such. And I could FEEL tension in my muscles, although my joints had NO pain or irritation like at the gym. So I can definitely recommend the guitar. Now for gloves. I recommend them, yes, but let me tell you, these gloves will make you feel like an X-Man with webbed fingers. This is so strange! The gloves fit well. With normal gloves I wear medium ones. I can make a small one for my hand but my fingers are longer than a small one. Mediums ALWAYS fit me perfectly. These gloves fit me well but I think they are cut a bit large for those who wear large ones because my fingers barely managed to press down on the fabric, especially my pinky. So if you wear thumbs or long fingers I think gloves will work for you. They attach to the wrist, giving you control over how tight you need them. And like I said, they feel weird. Not in a bad way. Just in the "I have to get used to that" style. But they added to my workout by adding resistance and tension to my arms and shoulders. You can train your biceps by pushing underwater, your triceps by pushing them down, and your shoulders by pushing them to the side. Wearing a belt and gloves gives you buoyancy from the belt to stay on your feet while you run, and resistance from the gloves to add arm movement to your run. I wore a belt and gloves and jogged (and I hate jogging) up and down and around the pool - and it was GREAT! So I can definitely recommend this set. Although I bought a belt from another company, I tried this one too. I would say it works just as well as what I bought. Both were difficult to size and both rise when I'm in the water no matter how tight I tighten them or where I place them on my body. Although they both lift, they both keep me afloat and allow me to run, cross country walk or cross country jump! Let me just mention the practice pages that you get. As you can see from the photos, one is full color; the other is black and white. I thought the full color page could be laminated so you can wear it in the pool and refer to it while you do your exercises in the water. Actually, that's exactly what I tried. The paper was not damaged, but it did get wet. While I think it's made out of something more durable than regular printer paper, I don't think it's waterproof. Remember. If you use it in the pool, try not to splash on it too much. It can withstand a small amount of water, but not much. Addendum: Be careful with Velcro on gloves. On the second day of use I accidentally let the velcro come into contact with the finger area of another glove and the velcro stuck to the fabric and thread. After removal, the seams stretched a little. I don't think the gloves are broken now, although it appears the thread has unwound a bit. Just take a look. Oh, and I should also mention that the black "handle" for the weights came loose in the water. Not as much. I just took it, put it back in and continued with my aerobics. But to be perfectly honest, I wanted you to know that he can, and probably will. I do recommend this set though - just watch out for the velcro. These are serious things! And pay attention to the end caps of the weights. Make sure they are in place before each use. I don't want one to pop out and hit someone in the eye! And I gave it four stars mainly because of the belt. Despite the velcro and detachable plug, I liked this product. It is the girdle that makes him descend upon the star. Maybe others can get the damn thing by pulling it up, but I can't, and while it doesn't seem to interfere with my workout, it's really weird and annoying to pull it down from time to time.

  • Many positive emotions
