Good quality cookware
The weight is good and the thickness can withstand quite a bit of heat. The price is pretty good compared to other steel cookware. We replaced some of the Cephalons that were constantly deteriorating and needed replacing. They are just as easy to clean as the old ones. Our first problem so far has been that the pot lids have holes so cooking rice in them didn't work.
