Review on 🌱 Organic Resin Semi-Metal Brake Pads for AVID BB7 Juicy 3 5 7, Ensuring Smooth Braking, Reduced Noise, Extended Lifespan, Kevlar and Copper Components by Joseph Meola

ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION! They are NOT suitable for Avid Juicy 7s. There are several problems with them. 1) The 2 small flanges on the back plate of the brake pads are the wrong size. You blink too much. So much so that they didn't "snap" into the spring retainer on top of my caliper assembly. I had to file them with a metal file to "snap into place". After I finally ground the flanges to fit, 2) the square hole on the back of the pads wasn't deep enough for the caliper (it has a 'post' that should fit in there) and was so tight on the rotor that the wheel was not spinning (as if someone were stepping on the brake) and finally 3) THE ITEM PICTURED IS NOT THE SAME ITEM THAT YOU SEND. See my picture of the back plate - there is a 'ramp' to help install the pads in the caliper which is not included in the item sent to me and is different from the picture in the description. The claim that they fit Avid Juicy 7 is misleading. . YOU ARE NOT!
