I want to start off with that I do really like this wagon, I do wish that I could meld this one and the Evenflo Pivot Xplore- I think if I could do that I would love every bit of it.First off the most disappointing thing about this is how much damage was done to this thing, and we believe it was during part of shipment. The box was damaged, but unknown if it was from UPS or AMAZON or the Manufacturer. My husband and I had so much trouble when we were trying to pull the handle to open up the wagon to assemble it all, and we figured out that it had been over closed so it was bound, when we finally did get it to release there were cuts and damage to the foam on the handle. The next issue we had was pulling out the handle to convert it to a wagon. Every video I have watched it was done with ease. When we were unable to pull it gently we discovered that the bar that the handle slides on was bent badly binding the handle making it just about impossible for us to pull out the handle.Next we we tried to put the basket on the back side of it (the side with the stroller handle) it was so difficult, another thing that all of the videos Ive watched made it look very easy. So we then discovered that the wagon itself was bent terribly, and the coating is coming off, you can't see it as it is covered by the fabric but it does make it a bow where your child would be resting their back, and thus also making it useless for the basket. We also notices some other scratches on the frame as well as we were checking out the entire thing. What is most discouraging about this is we paid almost $300 for this to come very damaged, and with the longer ebay Prime Shipping times a week wait for it to come damaged. I know that for most people it is an easy decision to send it back and get another one, but we are in a rural area that doesn't have a amazon return store, so for me to ship it back its almost not worth it.I do realize that my negatives so far are not necessarily going to happen to everyone it is something to consider as there was not really much in the packaging to protect the wagon itself and obviously can become damaged.I do like a lot of features of the wagon, the bug netting is. a plus for us as we live in an area that they can be problematic, and this was one of the features that I preferred the Baby Trend vs the Evenflo. Another bonus is the wagon itself is deep, so it will be safe for my 1 year old but will also be comfortable for my older girls and for the 1 year old to continue to use. The push and pull of it is very smooth and comfortable. The bar across the back makes it easy to use to help up over curbs. I do wish the pull handle was a little longer. I am only 5'4" and I felt like I could use some more leverage. I don't know if this would be easier or harder for a taller person to pull. I just know that I would love for it to be just a little longer. The handle/s were one of the top things I was liking the Evenflo more for, being able to just rotate it around and it being longer was a pro on the Evenflo, but with the Baby Trend you have the parent pocket where you can keep your water, keys, wallet whatever you need to and you wouldn't have to move it, with the Evenflow it wouldn't be practical to even have that.So in reality I am happy with the wagon itself, just not the actual one that we received. I am posting some pictures of the damage so you can see better what I was explaining. We still haven't decided if we will return it or if we will keep it and work around the damages, and cross our fingers that it holds together for a length of time.
