Make sure you get the right dose for you or it will backfire!

Approx I've been taking Meltonin for a long time and not everyone is going to get the same results from the same dose. Many people are sensitive to melatonin and it can do the opposite and make you extremely restless if you overdo it. Start with the lowest possible dose and work your way up from there. If you take two tablets, you get 4 mg of melatonin, which may be too much for some people. When I was younger I would take 1 mg of melatonin when I was having trouble sleeping. I still only use it when I go to bed late and can't sleep. But now that I'm much older, I need a higher dose. I take 2 pills and I'm fine. If you're younger, you probably need less. What I love about this brand is that they added gaba and l-theanine and this combination works really well for me. But none of that matters, if you only need 1mg of melatonin then this brand's formula won't work for you.
