The difference between this skillet and its regular $10-$15 version is stark. Cook much more evenly on a standard stove burner so the quality of the product is much higher without having to flip things for a more even cook. This pan saves a lot of frustration and extra effort. If you use the pan a lot, feel free to buy the cheaper version. You will not regret it. If you don't use the pan that often but have the money to buy premium items to make small improvements in your life, this is also a winner in this situation.
- Not compatible with induction cookers. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
