Nice looking cabinet hardware

I ordered 2 boxes totaling 50 pens, I needed 48 pens. 2 handles are broken. Each pen was individually packaged in 1" x 1" boxes. Once opened, placed on the dresser, when screwed on they didn't tighten because the screw was too long. 35 of 48 I have this problem. It's a good thing my husband had clippers and trimmed any screws that were too long. It doesn't work for someone who doesn't have a person on hand with the right equipment to solve my problem. Nicely finished once, but then I would have to send 35 back and ask for a replacement. I simply ignored the 2 defective ones. Would not order this item again.
