Excellent USB-C adapter from Cable Matters, which includes both 3.5mm headphone/mic combo jacks and another USB-C input to charge my iPad Pro 11-inch 2018 for regular iPad Pro phone calls, online conferencing, iPad work and play Per eleven". The Cable Matters USB-C adapter with braided cable is a nice touch, and the silver finish and white plastic make this adapter look clean and presentable. I really wanted to post this review here to help anyone else who is looking for a solution to answer phone calls on their iPad Pro and use the mic on EarPods or any other 3.5mm device with a mic attached for good sound it when you talk to others through this USB-C adapter - without having to spend a fortune. Update 08/06/21: I've found that I've been using the Cable Matters USB-C adapter for long periods of time, e.g. For days or more, leave it connected to the iPad Pro.
