This bottle is huge! For example, if I put both arms around him, my fingers don't touch. This makes me uncomfortable lifting/drinking. I think a bottle of this size could be better with a built in sturdy handle like a milk bag (not that I drink from milk bags, just something to hold onto to put in my mouth). It has a fabric strap useful for carrying but not useful for drinking. My husband has much larger hands and can easily fit this bottle in one hand, so he takes it to work. I like the idea that you can either use a straw or not. It's good to have options. This is a minor point, but since most straw bottles are airtight I should mention that they are not. The straw is simply inserted into the bottle and then exits the drinking spout with enough space. In fact, it's like putting a straw in a bottle with a spout. Again, this doesn't concern us, and it's actually a nice feature to turn on. I've never seen anything like this in a water bottle. The only point of criticism, and this is rather unpleasant, is that although the tension in the lid is quite strong and the lid is thrown up as far as it will go when the button is pressed, it has no locking mechanism when it is open. This means if you don't use a straw and decide to use it as a spout bottle, the tip will come back and hit you in the face. This can be avoided by drinking from the side, but it's just a nuisance because the spout is designed so the water flows out forwards, not sideways.
