My favorite local wing joint will suffer. I used to go there as they offer crispy wing but are happy to charge a dollar for a sliced wing. Tonight, with a whirl in my Weber kettle, I made the tastiest, crispiest legs I've ever eaten. My local store didn't have wings. I blame Brandon. In any case, my Weber kettle boils better than my brother's Traeger thanks to the whirlwind. I envy the smoky indirect heat the Traeger delivers, but it doesn't give me the proper grilling experience that involves fire and beer sipping. Vortex delivers excellent results!
