Worked great, twice then the sponge fell apart

I loved this set when I got it And the first 2 times I used it the sponge fell off the plastic backing! 😢I recently had lower spine surgery and can't bend or rotate my back (this surgery takes months to heal) so I was thrilled when I found this set - I was able to clean my legs and feet and the surgical area not damage. ! It was perfect twice. I didn't write to them, maybe the sponge will be changed, but the problem lies in the sponge itself - it's very thin and I'm sure the same replacement will fall apart too.
