Hello, we bought these shoes before my son started school and he hardly used them for a couple of weeks. A hole has formed in the shoe within a few weeks and I cannot return the product because the 2 month deadline has been exceeded. But the shoes looks good on the outside but the inside is not good at all. Although I have not used the shoes since the product was delivered to me, the date goes over 2 months. I would like to return these shoes, but unfortunately I do not have the option to reconfigure them as the return period has expired. Can you tell me what to do? Thank you Sujata.
