Review on ECVISION 1960's Style Rotary Retro Old Fashioned Dial Home Telephone - Red Color Vintage Communication Device by Elizabeth Woods

I ordered this phone as a backup landline phone for my office in case of a power outage, which is quite common where I live and work. Until yesterday I didn't need this phone - there was no electricity all day. Have the phone plugged in only to find that I can make outgoing calls, but absolutely NO call comes. NO configuration of the ringer buttons on the bottom of the phone resulted in ringing of any kind. Basically a useless item as I only bought it to have a working phone when my electronic office phones die due to a power outage. It also turned out that now there is no way to contact the seller to inform him that this phone is not working. Very disappointing.
