Edit: Great customer support! They made it right, and I would work with this company again. The female ports are still tight fitting and I would worry about the same thing happening again, but as long as you minimize the amount of plugging and unplugging of the cable from the adapter, these will work for a long time. The construction is otherwise very solid.Original: Both adapters broke after a single use. The female ports are too tight and removing the cable caused plastic pin divider insert to slide out. The pins themselves within the adapter are now bent and damaged beyond repair. I've never had this happen with an HDMI adapter before.
