Great rolling pin when you need a specific thickness.

Dimensions are easy to change and read on the side of the discs. I love this rolling pin and find it easy to switch between thicknesses. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to roll out dough to a specific size. I've used it for bread and cookie dough.
