Review on Miele 560Mm Extended Crevice Tool by Daniel Mandal

Tool got stuck on first use. The tool consists of three components. See photo. The end of the suction tube (upper part in the first photo), the middle flexible extension (middle element in the first photo) and the element that goes into the vacuum cleaner (lower element in the first photo). The suction port tapers inward at the end that is inserted into the flexible extension. See second photo. This is the first spot where dirt has settled. I had to insert a long knife to get the dirt through that first narrowing. The part that is inserted into the vacuum cleaner slides into the flexible extension. See third photo (flexible extension on left, part that fits in vacuum cleaner on right). This creates a narrowing at this joint. At this point, the same dirt gets stuck again. I had to disassemble the tool, straighten the wire hanger, and use it to loosen the top end of the flexible extension. What a disappointment. I expect top quality from Miele. This tool is a complete failure. i will return it
