Do not recommend: Electric Heaters
I bought the first one and it had great heating performance within two weeks, however after about 18 days of purchase it stopped heating but was still fluctuating. Exchange for another. On the day of arrival I took it out of the box, put it in my pocket and after 45 minutes it was warm, but I didn't hesitate. I suspect it's another trip to the UPS store to return and request a refund instead of a replacement. Two faulty ones is too many for me to trust the product again.
