First, one of them I bought was short-circuited the first time I used it. This required three 18650 batteries (which adds $15 to the actual cost of replacing the batteries). I sent it back for an exchange. I had the replacement they sent me a little over a week. When I first put the batteries in, one of the springs broke leaving only 3 of the 4 compartments to hold the battery. Now, a week later, another spring has broken and fallen on the two compartments that hold the batteries. I have to say it works just as well as Congress.
