Review on Botmake Chatbot by Shawn Jimenez

It's easy, quick and efficient. I was able to develop my own bot without using any coding skills. The UI looks great as well! Very intuitive. There are some limitations in terms of customization options; however they have been working hard to expand it. Some bots need more training data than others but that should be expected when you're developing AI models from scratch. We were looking at creating an app that would help our customers better understand how we work and what we do. Using a chatbot allowed us to create one easily by giving them all the information needed to build it themselves (which was not possible with other platforms).
