I run a catering business and Cambro's giant tray holders were taking up a lot of space. I decided I would give this bag a try and I'm glad I did. The material is of very good quality and kept hot food hot and cold for over 3 hours on my first test runs. I liked the product so much that I immediately ordered 4 more! Although there were some minor quality control issues on my second order (the zipper seam wasn't fully sewn and I didn't have a divider on one of the bags), Herculean Merchs customer service was quick to respond and resolved any issues in a timely and professional manner. . . Customer service is a big reason I will be placing another order for more bags soon! UPDATE: I am very happy and glad I ordered these bags. I had a 200-guest wedding that I was hosting, but on the same day we had a rehearsal dinner for 80 guests. A terrible miscalculation, and to make a long story short, I didn't have enough Cambro tray holders for both dishes. I was hesitant to use Herculean merch bags because I haven't fully tested them, but I had no other choice. 2 hours after delivery and preparations for the wedding I prayed before opening the food packages and to my surprise a heat wave came out and the food stayed hot! 50 hot baked potatoes in a bag were still hot! After the wedding dinner, after about 2.5 hours, even the remaining potatoes in the bag were still hot! FOUR AND A HALF HOURS AFTER they were taken out of the oven! I just want to say that overall I am impressed with the product and customer service. If you decide whether to order or not, just do it because you won't be disappointed!
