I won't scold you, the taste is disgusting. I was a bit hesitant because those reviews look fake as fuck lol. But I took it on the way to the gym (almost threw up, looks like a disgusting cough medicine my parents gave me as a kid). I didn't notice much of a difference until about 30 minutes. Today was leg day. Let's just say I've been squatting more than ever. I don't usually do my best on leg day, maybe 75% or so because I want to go on the weekend. Not today! 45 minutes went by and I couldn't stop. To be honest, I've never experienced that before. Not a crazy burst of energy, not a jolt, just a mental motivation to lift more. It'll be hard to get used to the taste, but gosh, it's better than any pre-workout I've ever taken.
