Yes. odor and residue.
Strongly NOT recommended. They smell bad like fish. Some of the balls were slimy and others had something orange about them. They left an odd residue on my balloon pump. I'm so thankful I had a pump and didn't blow it up with my mouth. I will definitely not buy again, they may not be safe to use.
