I ordered a 10 inch version of this kit plus a second camera (higher resolution) to go with it. There is a SERIOUS design flaw with this system if you are using it for its intended purpose in a large vehicle such as an RV/RV. The antennas are fixed units with 90 degree mounting. Because it has no hinge, the angle of the antenna cannot be adjusted on the camera or monitor. If the camera is mounted high, e.g. B. in our mobile home, the camera in its mount must point downwards in order to be able to see the ground. This places the antenna at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, completely out of plane with the monitor's antenna, which is roughly parallel to the ground. Result NO SIGNAL. No signal is displayed. If the antenna has a swivel like many other products using these short RF antennas, it could be adjusted to be in the same plane as the receivers. Anyway, I'm assuming planes with built-in receivers are receiving video streams while I'm driving; but of course not - I give up the goal completely. Until I can assemble something (find a suitable cable and attach an existing antenna to it, or find a replacement swivel antenna that actually works) it was a colossal waste of time and money.
