I bought this pump to add to my RO Buddy 100 gpd. I really liked the idea that they put all the necessary components in one box and it was very easy to set up as each port was clearly labeled on the device. The problems started after I ran the pump for 24 hours. That worked well in the first round. It was connected to a float valve. After the first 24 hours the pump started cycling on and off and never got the correct PSI. I have contacted Aquatic Life Technical Support. They didn't try too hard to communicate it via email. They said to send it back and send a replacement. I had to send the original unit back before they sent the replacement and they sent the replacement on a horse or turtle as it took me over a week to get there. A replacement unit arrived and I heard something rattling inside the unit. . I haven't opened the box. I connected the pump and turned it on. Water has leaked from the bottom of the device. After contacting tech support for some time, they admitted that they sent me a device that was returned by another customer. Big. So I had to send it back and they sent me another unit. More downtime. When the next device arrived, I had closed my pond for the winter and no longer had to operate the reverse osmosis device. Spring came. I pull out the second plug-in, plug it in and turn it on. Water runs out of the bottom of the device! At the suggestion of technical support, I remove the cover. One of the plastic elbows was broken. They sent me a replacement sheet, so more waiting time and downtime. I insert a new knee and start the device. Water pours out from below. At this point I am very upset. I ask for a replacement delivery as soon as possible. They refuse to ship a new device until they receive the old one. They tell me they have no problem with this block. In other words, it's kind of my fault that the appliances break on arrival and leak water. In any case, it will still take a few more weeks to go through the same return and replacement process. Forget it. Life is too short. I received a refund from Revain within an hour of contacting Revain customer service. It is clear that other people have been able to use this pump with some satisfaction but I cannot say enough good things about Aquatic Life's product or customer. Support. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught three defective devices. In any case, I need to find a better product now, even if it means it's made up of components rather than in a box.
