I don't expect any problems with a product that's supposed to be this simple and I'm grateful I haven't had any problems with this cable since I got it again bought August 2011 of the year. The length is just what I need and it doesn't separate from my Pyle Home PTAU45 Mini 2x120W stereo power amp with USB/CD/AUX inputs even though the amp is about 5ft tall. above the ground, and the other end of the plug is usually on the ground. The "tapered" part between the hard plastic and the cable itself, whatever it's called, has some curvature, but that's to be expected given the forces of gravity and time. As far as I can tell, it produces clear sound.
