Doing business in the Stone Age

I inherited a car with one of their wheel locks but no key. The lock code was in the papers, so I called Dorman. To get a replacement I have to send them a check and wait for the key to arrive in the mail. The work on the car is on hold until this Stone Age company can get me a spare key. This is a HORRIBLE solution to a problem that must be fairly common. Avoid using Dorman.
