Nice bag for the price

We bought this for our new Nissan Rogue. Fits very well and appears to be quite durable. I love that it has a little mesh window so my dog can see us. It has a bit strange smell when unpacked, so hopefully it will go away soon. There were also these straps with a handle. It is not entirely clear why this is so? I was looking for a split s 60/49 boot cover but they were very expensive so this should work for now. In general very satisfied. Not sure if it's waterproof yet as we just installed it today.
