On the other hand (pun intended) these remote controlled lights are waterproof, solar powered, programmable and do whatever you wish they were brighter. I took photos so you can see how thin and mostly transparent the cord is. The lights are tiny! In the center of the darker photo you can see how bright (or not) these lights are. Compared to other lights, they are almost invisible in the photo. For one, the other lights are not solar. On the other hand I have solar lights in my garden which are much brighter but they are not garlands. Can solar garlands be brighter? I do not know. However, I wish they were brighter. Overall, they're good if you're looking for a subdued effect.
