I took a router solely to connect one IP camera to the Internet. The link is stable. Absolutely satisfied. But to be even more objective, there is not enough small, built-in battery, at least 100 milliamps, enough to move the gadget from place to place without turning it off, although, I’m probably just finding fault))) Some pros: Cost, compactness, ease of setup, stability of work with a USB modem. Different cons: A very small range of the point, but if you use it as a Wi-Fi access point when used in a car or, say, on a bus, all passengers will be happy))
