Factory wheel adjuster broke - no doubt a common problem so the replacement was changed. The kit arrived quickly but one wheel was broken on delivery. Fortunately, the old wheels are identical to the spare wheels, so they can be easily swapped out like new ones. Installation proved less difficult than removing the old regulators; less than half an hour from start to finish. Tools: Torx #20 screwdriver, flathead screwdriver (to remove stock adjusters) and Phillips #2 screwdriver, only required for changing wheels. I like the old up/down locks better than the redesign, but this is a rarely used feature compared to sliding bikes where the redesign is much more reliable. The rail plugs have the same clip design as the factory wheel locks. So consider ordering a set of these in the event of a mishap when removing the plugs from the rails as the plastic used creates a poor hinge and the molded clip breaks easily. .
