Better than the other seller who only gives you a case, I think it offers a little protection from wet environments/dust/and general wear and tear. It's pretty easy to put on and all the buttons work well with it. it seems to stretch a bit over time and this makes the part of the key where you put the keyring through get a bit thicker. It's quite difficult to put the key ring back on, you only have to do it once, although in fact it isn't. Pains.
