They are heavy and I love them! I have a wooden round table and the wooden top has seen better days - kids projects and repurposing a kitchen table that many people use. The higher price compared to cheaper flannel backed vinyl tablecloths justifies the extra wear and tear and longer lifespan. The design is beautiful and some people thought I got a new table at first sight. My table was slightly smaller than the ones listed and had a bulge a few inches past the rounded edge holding the table top in place, but the elastic went down to the rounded edge below, covering the area at the top and bottom of the rim to attach. That's great. Doesn't slip like a round or square tablecloth, meaning less repositioning and permanent wrinkle elimination from slipping during use. He stays in place! Plus the color stays in place - some vinyl tablecloths bleed or rub off when wiped clean - not this one - NOT ANY color has come off in the 4 months I've had it on my table. I will buy more of these!
